HR specialist verwacht meer vacatures in 2020

 

Yoores heeft onderzoek gedaan naar de verwachte vacaturebehoefte onder HR specialisten in 2020. Uit het onderzoek kwam naar voren dat bijna 70 procent van de HR specialisten in 2020 een grotere vacaturebehoefte verwacht dan vorig jaar. Een kwart van de deelnemers aan de poll verwacht juist minder vacatures te krijgen dit jaar, terwijl 6 procent aangeeft een zelfde aantal vacatures te verwachten in 2020.

 

De deelnemers kregen de mogelijkheid hun stem uit uitbrengen via de poll-vraag, welke was gepubliceerd op op de website van Yoores (www.yoores.com), en door te stemmen via diverse nieuwsbrieven.

Gedurende twee maanden zijn via de website en nieuwsbrieven reacties verzameld.
