Yoores is a recruitment service agency that operates within recruitment related services. We distinguish three main areas of specialism: Recruitment Services, Employer Branding and Consultancy. Our main specialty is Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO): executing the recruitment process from start-to-end for our clients. We select the candidates and deliver a suitable candidate to your hiring manager at the end of the process. In this process, we always work client-branded, as an extension piece of your organisation. Employer branding on the other hand aims at promoting the image of your firm, in addition to the recruitment process. We also offer Job Marketing services, promoting your open vacancies by using digital resources (e.g. job boards and social media). In Job Marketing, we can (almost) always offer the most cost efficient solution. Our consulting services are aimed at transferring our collective knowledge to our clients for the best results.
